MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Design of CI elements: Creating the logo, branded materials, CI guideline manual as per the brief

• Management of CI elements: Ensuring the unity and accuracy of a brand in various platforms

• Proof read the use of logo and logo related materials

• Communicate to suppliers (print houses, etc.) and guide them when necessary to ensure the accurate usage of logo

• Design of all marketing and branding materials: Preparing finished artworks to be utilized in related area such as print materials, website, social media posts, corporate clothing, etc.

• Design artworks and produce layouts according to brief

• Review final layouts and suggest improvements/amendments when necessary

• Proofread print-ready artworks for the last approval

• Production of visual content: Producing digital images for website updates and social media posts

• Design graphics, infographics, images by using design programs

• Produce new versions of photos by using photoshop

• Coordinating with external agencies, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues when necessary

• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks on time and at quality as needed

• Managing the image library and keeping it updated all the time

• Managing the archive of all design files and folders and keeping them neat and updated all the time

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• High quality standard in all levels of work

• Team player

• Detail oriented

• High efficiency at using all design programs

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate environment

• Capability of managing the whole design process from scratch to the end on his/her own according to the brief

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in the field of Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Multimedia Design.
