Corporate Communications Officer
Menar is seeking an energetic and dynamic Corporate Communications Officer to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in one of these fields: Communications/ Public Relations.
At least 2-4 years working in a PR and communications environment.
Proven experience in events planning and coordination.
OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Social media management
Excellent written and verbal comminution
Have valid driver’s licence
Computer literate, adept with the Microsoft Office Suite, and open to learning to work with new software and applications

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Being the point of contact to all subsidiary companies, employees, and contractors
Overseeing the correct use of logos, corporate identity elements and the proper representation of the brand
Event coordination from planning to reporting stage
Supplier relations management with regards to events and branding
Taking photographs and gathering information prior to and during corporate events
Purchasing of event-related materials and branded materials
Maintaining an updated inventory of branded materials
Reporting on Corporate Communication Department’s expenses
Participating in team meetings and providing detailed feedback on tasks
