The Menar Job Shadowing programme is an insightful experience for university students who are interested in entering the corporate field. Participants will get the opportunity to spend time  learning about the company, as a way of introducing them to corporate culture.  

The mentee will be given an overview of the Menar group and an overall scope of the company’s day-to-day operations. They will also be provided with reading materials and films, that will be used in helping them to compile a report which they will hand over at the end of the programme.  

The programme was created to help prepare young people for the world of work while assisting them to understand the intricacies of corporate culture. Mentees are issued with a certificate of participation after handing over their report at the conclusion of their job shadowing experience.
