The Menar Youth Club aims to inspire young employees to sharpen their skills and gain more knowledge about the mining industry, while also deepening the talent pool within the group.  

Menar views younger employees as future leaders and captains of industry, not only for our company but for society at large. As a responsible corporate entity, we initiated the Menar Youth Club which encompasses our in-house and public facilities departments.  

The club is run through a series of seminars that are designed to encourage skills transference between senior and junior employees. This a great opportunity for junior employees to gain valuable skills and mentorship. The topics and material discussed at the seminars strategically align with our business goals and values.
