IT Project Manager
Our company is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Manage project scope and change requests.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitate project meetings, including status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
Strong background in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is preferred
