Microsoft D365 ERP Analysts x2
Our company is seeking skilled D365 ERP Analysts to join our team. The D365 ERP Analysts will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for our Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP system. These individuals will work closely with the IT department and business stakeholders to identify and address issues related to the system. The ideal candidates should have a strong technical background in D365 ERP system, as well as excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support and maintenance for our Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP system.
Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues related to the system.
Develop and implement solutions to address technical issues.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify system requirements and enhancements.
Develop and maintain system documentation.
Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
Provide end-user training and support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP system
Strong technical background in D365 ERP system
Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
