Trading and Marketing Assistant
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily stock/order reconciliations
Support the marketing manager on daily marketing functions
Drafting of offers/ commercial agreements
Checking and confirmation of shipping documentation for export shipments
Liaising with the teams at port/mine/logistics and marketing department to ensure smooth execution of domestic and export sales
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Grade 12
BCom or Diploma in business management/logistics/marketing
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Exposure to mining or commodity trading beneficial
Honesty/integrity
Ability to work under pressure – fast-paced environment with important deadlines
Hard working with emphasis on attention to detail
Strong admin skills are a must
Strong communication skills
Competent in MS Office
